They are amazing! Our Puppy Phoebe is 6 months and we've had to go to the vet 5-7 times so far for her puppy shots, spay, and a an emergency check up. Audubon Vet has been absolutely wonderful and they treat Phoebe like she is one of their own when we go. They are extremely accommodating, caring, and have been welcoming when we have to come unannounced. Colette is one of our favorite tech's and Doctor Piccone is wonderful. Highly recommend this practice!
I have been taking my pets to see these folks since 1997! If they treated humans,i would go there myself. They treat me and my furry friends wonderfully! I always feel like we are in good hands!
Audubon Veterinary, led by Dr. Picone, is a wonderful practice - I have been a client for over 25 years. I can always expect skilled, compassionate care, excellent communication, and respect for my animals' needs.
We took my cat there’s 3 times because she was not eating or drinking at all - lost 4 lbs ... they claimed to have done every test to look for cancer, etc and said she had nothing wrong with her aside from dehydration and perhaps a bladder stone.
Kept sending us home non chalantly - finally took her to the ER and the ER was shocked that Audubon didn’t even mention looking further into the possibility of cancer, which it appears she had all along and a very painful one ..
Horrible horrible and we will never go here again.
Poor customer service. For first time they keep the cost low and then they show real teeth, very expensive. They are a big scam. They just care about money. Never take your pet there. I will rate them zero if that was allowed in rating.
She has been in pain for weeks and we had no idea. We had to put her down at the ER tonight .
